Luke Machin is a musician, recording artist, composer, producer and teacher. He began to play the guitar at the age of 3 and has been involved with music all of his life. Studying at ‘Brighton Institute of Modern Music’ under players such as Guthrie Govan and playing alongside Jeff Beck he received 'Student of the year' in his first year of study. Luke was Musical Director of the ‘BIMM House Band’ who Tom Odell and James Bay would later become members of.

Luke has composed and produced many studio albums released on Sony (Inside Out) record label, some of which have reached top 5 positions in the Classic Rock Presents Prog Magazine readers polls. He has been in the top 10 'Best Guitarist' category four years running reaching #5 in 2018 also in the 'Classic Rock Presents Prog' Magazine.

Over the years Luke has worked and performed with various artists such as Jeff Beck, Francis Dunnery, Chris Difford, Robert Plant but recently recording and teaching from his home studio in the South West of England.
